THORACIC SPINA BIFIDA

Abstract

We report a male newborn who was admitted to our NICU department after being referred from St. Gebriel general hospital as a case of respiratory distress. We have found accidentally a thoracic vertebral defect, a very rare vertebral abnormality that we recognized in the x-ray imaging performed for the study of the lung parenchyma.
